Patrick skipped soccer this a.m. (and team pictures) to go with Travis and I (and Mom) to Kaleidoscope of homes. While we were there, Ty took Addie to have her picture made by the same photographer that did the boys when they were both 18 months.
So, K of Homes. all I can say is A MA ZINGGGGG!! 9000 sq foot home, 3 million dollars. The most impressive thing for me is the master bedroom closet...about 12 foot ceilings...shelves from top to bottom...and probably as big as my bedroom. And not just a big square room, but it was a like a maze...huge...and in the back was a closet w/in a closet...you open the door and there were cedar walls/shelves. There was a built in drop down ironing board. just amazing. The bathroom in the Master bedroom was gorgeous...looked like it was from a spa. I did not like the tub in that it was a...oh I think you call them claw foot tubs like in the olden days..and I prefer a REAL tub...the bigger the better. But it LOOKED gorgeous. I could go on and on but you'd just have to see them. I have lots of pictures...will load at a later time.
After we left here, we came home and packed an overnight bag and the kids and I went to Great Wolf Lodge. Pep got another 100 dollar room and we met her and Jake there for the night. We had a really good time. After everyone left, Ty came and got Addie and Pat and I stayed together and had a really good time. Its been a long time since he has had me to himself. He thanked me 20x on the way home. You could tell it meant a lot to him that I stayed. I was tired, but I was really glad we had that time. (this was on Sunday). We rode all the slides...and some were rather scary if I do say so myself! The big funnel especially, although not nearly as bad as last night in the pitch black darkness, backwards!
came home Sunday and got stuff ready for tomorrow. Ty had picked up some chicken, so we had that for dinner.
